    • For emergencies involving safety, water damage, plumbing, electrical issues, or other urgent situations, we will take immediate action to protect the property and tenants, then notify you as soon as possible.

    Owner Responsibility

    • Property owners remain responsible for repair costs. We coordinate vendors, oversee repairs, and keep you informed throughout the process.

    Tenant Damage Protection

    If tenant-caused damage occurs, we:

    • Document the damage

    • Coordinate repair estimates

    • Oversee repairs

    • Assist with security deposit deductions

    • Help pursue reimbursement when appropriate
